[BW-dev-discussion] no more php notices/errors on live site

hi all,

until now php notices etc. were shown to the users on www. that does not
make too much sense to me, so i switched it off via:

php_admin_flag display_errors off

(deer:/etc/apache2/sites-enabled/www.bewelcome.org)

if we want to see php ramblings, we can check
/home/bwrox/logs/php_errors.log

on alpha we still see the php notices in the output. compare

(second but last message on page has a notice).
