It IS related to bewelcome, isn't it? :)

Last GA, we "decided" to have the bevolunteer.org domain point to a
presentation website. Now we need to build it. As you figure, it'll be a
rather simple thing, with a couple of pages and some decent SEO.

A taskforce's been made that is over there:

We're at the point where it'd be nice to start hacking. I'm having issues
about how to proceed with that.

I'm a bit confused by git (which is one of the blockers to my participation
in bw-drupal). Is it worth having a git repo for a simple project like
that. I don't know how hard it is to set up, that's why I ask. It seems to
me that a regular install with frequent backups would cut it.

If we don't go the git way, then how can we let the developers hack it
together? They'd need ssh to the server it's being hosted. Is that doable
with the current bw infrastructure? I heard of virtual machines being set
up on demand... Another possibility is that someone sets it up on his
infrastructure, gives ssh access to it, and when it's done, we export the
db and files and mail it to someone that can set it up on the bw machines.

Does that all make sense?
