[BW-dev-discussion] Is it important to adopt a new framework before proceeding?

That one sentiment, Jean-Yves, says unequivocally to me, "Switch now!"
If a framework change will ever be necessary, why would we not do it
just before a major feature/code expansion, and before new coders get
involved with the project? Some delay is inevitable, but the point of a
framework investment is to speed coding and create a more maintainable
product. Building new stuff on a framework that we know needs to be
replaced strikes me as a very poor strategy.
